Happy New Year!

This vegan blog is an extension of my regular food blog, however in 2013 I have committed to making one vegan or vegetarian food blog a day! I hope everyone checking it out enjoys and can make great use of the recipes, tips and vegan information as well as other vegan dietary information. I have worked as a chef for 11 years and have built my knowledge around knowing the true science of food and the different ways we process it. It's hard being limited compared to others in our diet so let's have as much fun with it as possible!
